SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT:

1. Smart-Traveler Vision's RoadRider R² Concierge roadway assistance services are available to you 24 hours a day in the Continental United States, Canada and Puerto Rico up to your benefit limit without additional payment. However, you are always responsible for payment due to any and all additional services you request ... such as the actual cost of the fuel delivered during a service call.

2. Your service starts on the date shown on your digital invoice and expires one year after the date shown.

3. Roadside assistance services offered by the RoadRider R² Concierge are provided by the Brickell Financial Services Motor Club, Inc., dba Road America Motor Club with administrative offices at 7300 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 601, Miami, FL 33126. For Mississippi and Wisconsin customers, services are provided by Brickel Finincial Services Motor Club, Inc. For California customers, services are provided by Road America Motor Club, Inc.

4. In the event service is not obtainable through Road America, the customer will receive a refund of payments made by the customer according the coverage limits outlined in this agreement. You must first contact Road America for authorization to obtain independent services. The customer has the right to file a complaint by submitting a written complaint to the Road America Customer Care Department, 7300 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 601, Miami, FL 33126 or by contacting a Road America representative at 800-262-72.62.

5. We wish to inform you that: Except in Wisconsin, this is not an Automobile Liability  Insurance contract, and at no time is it an Automobile Physical Damage Insurance contract.

FOR EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE, JUST CALL THE TOLL FREE NUMBER PROVIDED ON YOUR DIGITAL INVOICE AND A SERVICE VEHICLE WILL BE DISPATCHED TO ASSIST YOU. PLEASE REMAIN WITH YOUR VEHICLE UNTIL ASSISTANCE ARRIVES AS AN UNATTENDED VEHICLE CANNOT BE SERVICED.

1. Assistance obtained through any source other than the RoadRider R² Concierge is not covered and is not reimbursable. You must contact the RoadRider R² Concierge toll-free 24 hour number to have an authorized network service provider dispatched to your assistance.
2. Coverage is extended only to registered RoadRider R² Concierge Members and owned vehicle(s) previously registered with the RoadRider R² Concierge at least seven (7) days prior to a service call.

1. TOWING ASSISTANCE: If towing is necessary, the covered vehicle will be towed to the nearest qualified service facility. There is no dollar limit to this benefit per occurance however, this service is limited to one use in seven 7 days.
2. WINCHING SERVICE: If wenching is necessary, the vehicle will be winched to make it servicable or accessable. There is no dollar limit to this benefit per occurance however, this service is limited to one use in seven 7 days.

The following are covered emergencies subject to the following occurance limitation: Any combination of the 4 offered service call per year.

1. EMERGENCY BATTERY SERVICE: If a battery failure occurs, a service vehicle will provide a jump start to the covered vehicle at no additional cost.
2. EMERGENCY FLAT TIRE ASSISTANCE: If a flat tire occurs, a service vehicle will remove the flat tire and replace it with the servicable vehicle spare tire at no additional cost. If the vehicle spare tire is not usable, additional service charges may apply to make the vehicle servicable.
3. EMERGENCY FUEL, OIL, WATER FLUID DELIVERY: If needed, an emergency supply of Fuel, Oil or Water will be delivered by the service vehicle. You mast pay for any delivered fluids.
4. EMERGENCY LOCK OUT ASSISTANCE: If your keys are locked inside of your vehicle, we will provide assistance in gaining entry into the vehicle.

The following items are not included as part of your emergency roadside assistance service benefits:
 

Cost of parts, replacement keys, fluids, lubricants, cost of installation of products, or materials. Non-emergency towing or other non-emergency service. Any service available through a valid manufacturer’s warranty or service. Mounting or removing of snow tires or chains. Tire repair. Winching. Commercial trucks over half-ton capacity, antique vehicles (meaning vehicles over 20 years old or out of manufacture for 10 years or more), taxicabs, limousines, or other commercial vehicles. Camping trailers, travel trailers, or any vehicles in tow. Any and all taxes, fines. Towing from or repair work performed at a service station, garage or repair shop. Towing by other than a licensed service station or garage; vehicle storage charges; a second tow. Service on a vehicle that is not in a safe condition to be towed or that is in such condition that service is likely to result in damage to the vehicle. Towing or service on roads not regularly maintained, such as sand beaches, open fields, forests, and areas designated as not passable due to construction, etc. Towing at the direction of a law enforcement officer relating to traffic obstruction, impoundment, abandonment, illegal parking, or other violations of law. Service in the event of emergencies resulting from the use of intoxicants or narcotics or the use of the covered vehicle in the commission of a felony.  Service if the member is not present with the vehicle.  Repeated service calls for a covered vehicle in need of routine maintenance or repair. Only one disablement for the same service type will be accepted during any seven-day period. Service secured through any source other than RoadRider R2 Concierge or Road America Motor Club.

SERVICE PROVIDER NETWORK: The RoadRider R² Concierge offers the services of Road America Motor Club, which operates through a network of contracted service providers who have agreements with Road America to perform road and towing service for Road America customers.  As independent contractors, they have exclusive control over their own equipment and personnel. Road America is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
